Wholesale Keffiyeh Buying Guide: 100 to 500 Pieces
Most people buying for a shop, a mosque, a festival or a school ask the same three questions: what does it cost at my quantity, how do I keep the styles straight, and what does shipping add. This is the short version, with the numbers we actually publish.
How the pricing actually works
Every product page carries the same three-step ladder:
- 1–99 pieces: $13.99 each — the retail price.
- 100–499 pieces: $8.99 each, applied automatically in the cart. No code, no account, no negotiation.
- 500+ pieces: quoted per order.
Those prices are per piece, and they apply across the styles inside a tier — which matters, because a first order is rarely 100 of one scarf.
The price is only half of the decision; the other half is how long the goods take to reach you. MOQ and lead times takes the 100-piece line apart — what counts toward it, what other minimums hide behind it, and how to work back from a date you cannot move.
What to put in a quote request
The wholesale quote request form asks for all of this, and the more you fill in, the faster the reply is useful:
- Quantity per style, not just the total.
- Style numbers or links — for example cotton keffiyeh styles 00–04.
- Delivery country and, for the US, the state.
- Whether the date is fixed (a Ramadan event, a festival) or flexible.
- Anything custom: your own label, a specific colour, retail packaging.
We reply within one business day, and a quote is a quote — not a range with conditions attached.
Mixing styles and colours
Mixing is allowed inside a tier — 60 cotton and 60 polyester is 120 pieces, past the 100 that unlocks the price, which is what our wholesale pricing means by “mix styles and colours inside a tier”. That is the cheapest way to test a market: four styles rather than one, and no shelf left holding 80 pieces of a colour nobody wanted.
For prayer scarves, the 16 prayer styles split roughly into plains, geometric prints and camo, so a mixed order can cover a whole table rather than one shelf. If you are choosing that split for a market you do not know well, keffiyeh pattern meanings separates the patterns that carry a tradition from the ones that are purely decorative — which is also the difference between a style that needs explaining and one that sells itself.
Shipping, tariffs and where it ships from
Wholesale orders ship direct from the country of origin, and the quote includes shipping and tariffs — so the number you are given is the number you pay to get the goods to the door. That is deliberately different from retail, where stock ships from our US warehouse in 1–2 business days.
Two consequences worth planning for: the transit time on a wholesale order is longer than the retail 1–2 days, and the landed cost per piece is what you should compare, not the sticker price.
Retail versus wholesale
If you need a handful of scarves, buy retail — the cart gives you the same product, ships from the US, and arrives fast. Wholesale is for when the per-piece price matters more than the delivery date. The crossover is the 100-piece line, which is exactly where the discount starts.
A checklist before you order
- Count styles, not just units — mixed tiers qualify, single-style orders often do not.
- Confirm the size per style: 110 cm for cotton and polyester, 131 cm for prayer and cashmere, 190 × 90 cm for the net shemaghs.
- Ask for the care wording and any label requirements in the same message.
- Check the deadline against transit, not against dispatch.
- Keep the quote reference — it makes a reorder a one-line email.
Where to go next
If you have not ordered before, three pieces are enough to judge the cloth: one cotton, one polyester and one prayer scarf. The olive green military-weave cotton keffiyeh, the white and red chevron polyester keffiyeh and the navy solid prayer scarf cover those, and the first two are what most buyers reorder.
Start at the wholesale quote form, or contact us if you would rather describe the order in your own words. Sizing and naming questions are covered in the keffiyeh size guide and keffiyeh vs shemagh.
Shop the styles in this guide: Black & Khaki cotton keffiyeh in traditional weave, 110 × 110 cm, White & Red polyester keffiyeh in traditional, 110 × 110 cm and Black & White Islamic prayer scarf, with a contrasting border, 131 × 131 cm.
